Life coaching

You are at a crossroads and you cannot quite name what is missing. The job ended, or the kids left, or you got everything you were working toward yet felt nothing, or someone close to you died. Coaching moves you from where you are now to where you want to be by taking small, specific steps that are in alignment with your unique vision.

Grief education

Someone you love died, and the world moved on. You are no longer the person you were. Your place in the world is different. Your roles changed as did your identity. Your future is no longer as you imagined. This is grief. This is what we, as a society, don't talk about.

A little about me

I spent 18 years in philanthropy, first running a community foundation and then as a program director of a private foundation. Then my husband died, and I went looking for a way through my grief. What I found was Nancy Levin's coaching work and David Kessler's grief training, and I ended up certified in both.

I did not sign up to become a coach or grief educator. I signed up to learn about myself. Becoming a coach and grief educator came after.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. It is not a sales conversation. We do real coaching exercises, the same ones I use with clients, so you leave with something useful whether or not you decide to keep going. Most people know by the end of the call whether coaching is for them.
